How we work across Essex

If we proceed, planning takes roughly a week or two. We attend in person across West Essex at a venue you control — a family home, a quiet hotel suite, a family-office meeting room. The treatment placement is secured before the day, so there is no waiting list and no last-minute logistics to solve in the room. The day itself is a single calm, prepared conversation, with the family rehearsed and the route to the programme already arranged. We handle the transport door-to-door and the handover at the clinic. We attend in person across Chigwell and design the intervention with attention to the multi-generational rooms that are common here — parents, adult children, and sometimes grandchildren, often across adjacent homes on the same private road. Loughton

Treatment placement: UK or abroad

The treatment placement is part of the work, secured before the day. Private rehab inside the UK starts at roughly £14,000 per month and rises sharply at the premium end — strong programmes in Surrey, Wiltshire, Edinburgh and the Cotswolds, with family visits possible and English-speaking staff.

For Essex families who want geographic separation, or whose loved one needs longer-stay care than UK programmes typically offer, international placement at £7,000–£10,000 per month delivers equivalent or stronger care. Switzerland, South Africa, Thailand, Costa Rica and the United States, each with their own strengths.

What an intervention costs

The intervention itself, separately from treatment, starts at £4,000. The final figure depends on the planning time the case requires, sober transport, and post-treatment case management. We give a written estimate before any money changes hands. We do not accept commission, referral fees or any other form of payment from any treatment programme — our income comes entirely from the families we work with.
